(This is pronounced "Mock Shoe")
1 package Manda Tasso
2 cans cream corn
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 onion (diced)
1 Bell Pepper (diced)
1 can Diced Tomatoes
4 tbs. Butter
Cut the Tasso into small pieces. In a pot, melt the butter and add the onion, bell pepper, tomato, and tasso. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the cream corn and the kernel corn. Cook covered on low heat for 30 minutes.
*You may substitute sausage or andouille for the tasso
