Recipe: Squash Casserole



6 Cups Yellow Squash
1 Cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
1 Eight oz. Pkg. of Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 Cup Manda Ham (chopped)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Cook squash and onion in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well.

Combine the soup and sour cream. Stir in the carrots. Fold in squash,onions and ham.

Combine the stuffing and butter. Spread half this stuffing mixture in the bottom of 12" x 71/2" x 2" baking dish. Add the vegatable and ham mix. Top with the rest of the stuffing mixture.

Bake at 350o for 20 to 30 minutes.
