4 lbs. Manda Hot Sausage
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
18 oz BBQ Sauce
1 cup Creole Mustard
1 cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Honey
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs Soy Sauce
Slice the sausage into bite size pieces. Cut the Bell Peppers into thin, 1-inch strips. Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot or a large pot. Cook on low heat 2 hours or longer. Serve with toothpicks. |
