1 Boneless Chicken Breast
1lb Manda Smoke Sausage or Manda Andouille
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 cup Cooked Broccoli
½ cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Cooked Rice or Cooked Noodles (about 2 cups)
Cut the chicken breast, onion, and bell pepper into small strips. Cut the sausage into bite sized pieces. In a skillet, season and brown the chicken breast over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add the sausage, onions, and bell pepper and continue browning for an additional 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and stir in the cream of chicken. Use the empty cream of chicken can to measure 1 can of water and add it to the skillet. Season with red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook another 5 minutes. Mix in desired amount of cooked rice or cooked noodles. |
