2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
4 Slices Manda Ham
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
2 Eggs

Breadcrumbs
Place each breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, season the chicken, and flatten with a mallet. Remove chicken from plastic wrap and place 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each breast, followed by 2 slices of ham, and one more slice of cheese. Fold the chicken over and use toothpicks to hold the breast shut.
Crack the two eggs in a bowl and beat together. Coat the chicken in flour, then dredge in the beaten egg, and finish it off with a coating of breadcrumbs. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. |
