2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1 PoBoy Bun or French Bread
Wrap a link of boudin in a damp paper towel (this will steam-cook the boudin). Heat the wrapped boudin in a microwave for 4 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute. Take a PoBoy bun and place 2 slices of pepper jack cheese in it. Unwrap the boudin from the towel, split the boudin’s casing and place the boudin, without the casing, onto the bread (discard the casing). Heat in microwave 30 seconds to melt the cheese. |
